I am working for Jessie Teng in the Jessie Teng Experimental College. There is no doubt about her capabilities as a leader; and her efficiency as a co-worker. I strongly think that that she excels equally as a friend. I’m pretty sure that she has lots of acquaintances because of the nature of the business she’s established. I know that she maintains a business relationship as much as possible. However, she has a different level of fondness to those people who have been working with her for a number of years. I think we are one when we commend Jessie for being sensitive and generous to our welfare. 

I have seen Jessie spend several evenings in the main office to make sure that the operations of the institution are running smoothly. Her brother, Ron, is her main ally. They help each other make the best out of everything. They continuously brainstorm on ideas to better improve the methods of teaching and molding future writers. The efforts they exert actually directly benefit them because they are sort of the main stakeholders in the company. But they also see to it that the people working with them are well pampered. This is the same reason there are people who stay with them for such a long period of time.

With the kind of attitude Jessie Teng has, I know she will go a long way. People like her are mostly the kind who receives even more blessings. I strongly believe she deserves every ounce of it.
