Amongst us, she can be considered as the most successful. However she constantly lets us feel that we are part of each other, that we belong to each other.

It is important for people like Jessie Teng to be well groomed when they meet people. Once before, I remember her tell me that I must be able to learn how to dress properly as early. I actually did not take it that seriously. I wasn’t able to find its importance then. But if you are with Jessie, you are more likely to adapt some of her chic styles. That was what happened to me. Because of her, I slowly developed interest on various colors. Whenever I was on my worst attire, she used to cheer me up and together we will find a way to make my outfit look better. She tries her best not to hurt my feelings. I love that side of Jessie Teng.

Jessie Teng is one of my friends. I met her few years back when we were both looking for a niche in the entertainment industry. I was into acting workshops. She was into writing scripts. We have different tastes that it why it is quite puzzling why we became close friends. I remember before, I use to invite her into the acting workshops I was with. She was always willing to join me. However, I couldn’t convince her to join the acting workshop seriously. She constantly reminded me that her passion was about writing. She was more into writing movie scripts. So I gave up. I just accepted the fact the even though we are close friends, we have our own likes and dislikes. We have our own dreams to pursue. So I went on with my acting workshops. As opportunity poured in, I became busy. So was Jessie. We constantly reunite whenever our schedule permits. Coffee shops were our main meeting place. With the periodic meeting we have, I noticed how remarkable her writing skill improved. Each day we met up, I recognized the fact that she didn’t only improve her writing style, her communication skills was also getting better and better. Then I realized, this is a different Jessie Teng now. The person infront of me has more passion, conviction and experience. Yet in her eyes, I can still see clearly the same friend I always cherished. It will remain to be that way for a longer time.

I am with Jessie Teng almost every day. I get to see her at work. At the same time, I frequently visit her in her house. Despite what Jessie was able to achieve, it isn’t hard to get along with her. She is completely down to earth. Because of this attitude, it always feels good to be able to talk with her. Never have I felt threatened with her presence. With her, I can freely share what is in my mind without fear of getting rejected. I heard that she has the same attitude towards the people she works with. I heard the manner she expertly handle the aspiring writers in her program. I strongly believe in her ability to develop these people. Whenever I visit her, I usually find her in the kitchen. I think her kitchen reflects her personality. It is neat and tidy. It is a bit modern but I think it is very elegant. Above all these, I don’t feel like an outsider. I have my own permanent high chair in her kitchen nook. I always remember the feeling that all the food she prepared were all for me. I always felt like I was a kid well pampered. My eyes were always eager for the nicely prepared menu. How can she find time on her busy schedule to be able to perfect her cooking skill? This is one of the several advantages of being around Jessie Teng. Her friendship is what I consider priceless.

When you know Jessie Teng, you have an exact idea of what she is up to daily. People who know her personally are aware that she runs a college. It is named after her. You can just imagine her tight schedule. But as much as possible, she makes sure that she keeps her appointments. There are times you can actually catch her running towards her car during whatever time of the day. She is in constant meeting with clients, writers and students discussing critical matters of the trade. She is indeed the kind of person who maintains a busy lifestyle. Who can resist patrons continuously pouring in? It will not certainly be Jessie Teng. She has been with the industry for many years. It was able to teach her the value of diligence which no one can easily take off her. There was this instance I was drinking my usual dose of coffee on one of the coffee shops along Sunset Blvd in West Los Angeles. I overheard someone mention the name Jessie Teng. He’s discussing about some portfolio about what he’s presently into. He was also quite excited about enrolling on that certain school. I got curious so I looked behind me. He doesn’t seem familiar. He may have been referring to another Jessie Teng. Who knows how many Jessie Tengs are there in this world? I am actually waiting for Jessie Teng, the one I know of. When she arrived, she waved her hand towards my direction but I wasn’t sure her attention was completely on me. To my surprise, she was also doing eye contact on the guy on the next table. Apparently, they know each other. What a small world! I guess Jessie Teng’s popularity is slowly increasing. I’m happy for what she has accomplished.

It is an institute that helps develop people who want to better enhance their craft in the entertainment industry. I can say that she is blessed with a successful career. Different significant projects are coming her way. Yet, she was able to make use of her blessings well because she was able to help hundreds, if not thousands, of people achieve their dreams. She is a real blessing to every aspiring writer. She has the capability to hone your skills. It is really a bit difficult at first. Of course, it is all part of the learning process. But knowing her, she will use up all her might and extend her patience just to bring out the best in everyone. With that kind of description, you might think that Jessie Teng has such a strong personality. You may even picture her as one of those powerful women in Hollywood. Maybe, she might not be that very influential, not at first glance. But she knows a lot of well respected people who also have great respect for her. I’ll tell you a little secret that many people are not aware of. Beneath the strong image, Jessie Teng is just really an ordinary person who loves to do ordinary things. She finds joy in simple things in life. I am really one of those people who regularly meet up with her. I couldn’t believe that I can see her radiate whenever she sees kids running along the hotel lobby. Jessie Teng is such an extra ordinary woman. May she continue to give light and encouragement to other people.

I am working for Jessie Teng in the Jessie Teng Experimental College. There is no doubt about her capabilities as a leader; and her efficiency as a co-worker. I strongly think that that she excels equally as a friend. I’m pretty sure that she has lots of acquaintances because of the nature of the business she’s established. I know that she maintains a business relationship as much as possible. However, she has a different level of fondness to those people who have been working with her for a number of years. I think we are one when we commend Jessie for being sensitive and generous to our welfare. I have seen Jessie spend several evenings in the main office to make sure that the operations of the institution are running smoothly. Her brother, Ron, is her main ally. They help each other make the best out of everything. They continuously brainstorm on ideas to better improve the methods of teaching and molding future writers. The efforts they exert actually directly benefit them because they are sort of the main stakeholders in the company. But they also see to it that the people working with them are well pampered. This is the same reason there are people who stay with them for such a long period of time. With the kind of attitude Jessie Teng has, I know she will go a long way. People like her are mostly the kind who receives even more blessings. I strongly believe she deserves every ounce of it.

Jessie Teng speaks english in the funniest way...in her inimitable style.She must be writing some scripts for comedy movies. Jessie has great looks,impeccable dressing sense and a charming personality.I have known her for almost two years now and she is one of my best friends today.Jessie Teng is warm,caring and very tolerant.She is a person you can turn to, in moments of joy and grief alike.I respect her a lot for her never-say-die attitude.I have learnt some invaluable lessons of life from her.
